How to Pay Tuition

First Step: Set up your bright wheel account.

  •  Talk to your center director to receive your invitation code.
  • Check your email for the link invitation.
  • Click the link and register!


Payment can be uploaded to your bright wheel account and tuition gets taken out on Friday every week.


Staying Updated!

Here at Tender Loving Care, we use the bright wheel app for all of daily communications and updates. 

The bright wheel app is how parents and teachers will be able to communicate daily, along with daily updates such as diapers/Potty Times, Bottle Feeding/ Mealtimes, Milestones hit during the day, daily pictures, incident reports, medications given, and notes!
