Our top priority at Tender Loving Care is to provide a healthy and safe environment for all children! We know that leaving your child behind is hard, and our job is to make sure that while you're away, they are loved and cared for! Ensuring the building is always locked and secure, hiring trustworthy teachers, and keeping the sickness away are all ways you can trust us! We will protect your child in every way!

Safety
Tender Loving Care wants to ensure that your kids are in a safe environment where they have the freedom to explore! Staff are trained in all emergency and evacuation procedures, which are practiced every month with the children. Children will become familiar with the alarms and procedures required for each emergency. This ensures staff and children will remain safe in the event of an emergency.
Security
When children are here, we take several measures to make sure they are protected. All staff have a walkie-talkie to communicate with office management and the other on-site staff. Doors are locked during business hours and only opened by staff and parents/guardians.
Pre-approved authorization pickups must show photo identification before children are released, even if the child identifies the person picking up.

As children are getting dropped off at daycare, teachers will take a visual observation of the child to see how your child is doing.

Sick Policies are in place to ensure the safety of every child. If you notice that your child is feeling unwell, please keep them home. If your child gets sick while at school, we will notify you right away and separate them from other kids until you pick them up.

If your child gets sent home for sickness, they are not permitted to return until they are symptom-free for 24 hours after the time they were sent home.
